About me

I’m Vittoria Hell, a professional working at the crossroads of kink, sexuality, somatics, and transformation. For over 10 years, I’ve guided people through their intimate landscapes, helping them move beyond shame, fear, and disconnection into embodied pleasure, presence, and power.

My approach blends conscious kink, BDSM practices, body-based awareness, and emotional inquiry. I offer not just space to talk, but space to feel, experience, and rewrite your story through the body.

Currently, I’m furthering my academic and clinical knowledge at the Italian Institute of Scientific Sexology, where I study the foundations of sexual health and therapy. My work is grounded in science, sharpened by years of field experience, and softened by radical empathy.

I’ve worked with clients across Europe, online and in person, through tailored sessions, immersive rituals, and intimate events. I’m here for individuals, couples, and curious minds who want to explore alternative sexuality in a safe, informed, and creatively embodied way.

I believe true change happens when we combine the mind’s clarity with the body’s wisdom. That’s why every session, whether solo or with a partner, can include both talk-based counseling and guided practical exploration.

You choose what you need. I’ll support you in discovering what works.

Individual Sessions (Theoretical + Practical)
2 hours, 250 EUR

A one-on-one experience tailored to your needs. Ideal if you want to:

  • Explore your desires and identity (submissive, dominant, switch, etc.)

  • Overcome shame or fear around sexuality or kink

  • Learn to embody new roles or power dynamics

  • Experience guided practices like rope bondage, impact play, sensory play, wax play or ritual surrender

 

Each session may include:

  • Dialogue & counseling

  • Somatic/body-based tools

  • Consent & boundary education

  • Guided kink practices in a safe container

Couple / Duo Sessions (Theoretical + Practical)
2 hours, 300 EUR

For partners who want to explore or deepen their dynamic — whether you’re new to kink or experienced but feeling stuck.

Together, we can:

  • Navigate desires, limits, roles, and negotiation

  • Learn how to co-create scenes and rituals

  • Practice dynamics that include (but are not limited to) dominance, submission, impact play, restraints, dirty talk

  • Reconnect through embodied trust, intimacy, and play

You’ll leave with greater clarity, confidence, and tools to grow your shared erotic world.
